I'm excited to announce that I will be taking on a new role as a National Account Executive with HireProHealth. I could write a short story, but who wants to read all that! I will keep it pretty short - Here are a few lessons that have impacted me the greatest over the last few years as a Recruiter. ?? 1. People will be unreliable time and time again. As long as you are doing your job and following through as you should be - let it go, move on, and find better. 2. You will never be able to help everyone, but the people you do help - build rapport with and grow relationships. A healthy business relationship can turn into referrals, leads, or simply genuine connections that could lead to so much more. 3. TIME - Time is SO valuable. Make sure the time you are spending is time well spent. This is a lesson you do not necessary achieve off the bat, but a lesson you can continuously educate yourself on and make adjustments as you learn and grow. **** Fast forward nearly 2 years and I could not be more excited to learn and grow as a National Account Executive. **** I am beyond thankful to work alongside such a fantastic group of people that want to put in the hard work to see success, who keep an encouraging and positive mindset, and who want to learn and grow from each other. HireProHealth has some incredible things coming 2024 and I could not be more thankful to be apart of such an amazing team. ?? #staffing #sales #recruitment

Use LinkedIn as a career path database. Research the career paths of people that have transitioned into med device sales. Where did they get hired? In what ways are their backgrounds similar to yours? How are they different? Start to notice trends with who gets hired and where they get hired. What do their LinkedIn profiles look like?
