Last week, I had the honor of moderating a panel discussion on "?????????????? ???? ????????????????????????: ???????????????? ?????? ?????????? ???? ?????? ?????????? ??????????" at the Reuters Events Pharma 2024 conference. It was a fantastic experience sharing insights with colleagues from various companies on how we collectively serve our customers through the field force as a common goal. The discussion delved into the nuances of channel versus orchestrator strategies, emphasizing the need to enhance customer satisfaction by leveraging our sales force effectively, despite the progress made on omnichannel communication since the pandemic.
