Strengthening healthcare ties between Germany and Denmark ?????????? This week, we had the honour of welcoming State Secretary from the German Federal Ministry, Dr. Antje Draheim, on a high-level delegation visit to Denmark. This visit comes at a pivotal time – following the German election and ahead of Denmark’s EU presidency. With Germany preparing for an ambitious digital transformation and tackling the demographic challenges, the visit focused on learning from and knowledge sharing with Denmark in these areas. The delegation met with Danish key stakeholders - including representatives from Indenrigs- og Sundhedsministeriet, ?ldreministeriet, Sundhedsdatastyrelsen, and sundhed.dk - to discuss digital health infrastructure, European Health Data Space, and the trust-based elderly reform. They also learned about the national digital healthcare platform, discussed e-health solutions, and witnessed digital tools in action at the Adela?de care facility.
