Daily Debrief with Team........?? My experience of doing the Daily Debrif with my team members at Madhubani is one of building a collective energy and strengthening collaboration. During the Debrif all team members sit together to review the day’s work, share their thoughts and experiences, emotions and learn from each other. This process not only provides a clear direction, but also deepens the trust and unity among team members. We feel that the Debrif leads to more communication and collaboration among team members, making every challenge, no matter how big, seem lighter and doable. This communication and shared review makes even difficult goals feel easy and within reach.
