Now, keep them raised if you hire neurodiverse, hard-working individuals who are educated, and may have a college degree or vocational training. Please don’t put your hands down. Instead, please help expand your workforce with neurodiverse individuals who deserve a chance to do meaningful work that highlights their capabilities. As our neurodiverse population continues to grow, our communal awareness and acceptance needs to as well.
