I love this approach! Sometimes just pausing to assess if we have the capacity can be the best form of self-care. Here’s to honoring those moments of checking in with oneself; they are as important as any task on the list if not more so.

Acknowledging our mental limits is powerful, especially when it’s about respecting our own boundaries. Headspace, thank you for normalizing these mental health check-ins in a world that often values pushing through. A great reminder to pause, assess, and honor what we need each day!
