In this role, you will provide key support to our commercial real estate brokers and property management team, driving innovative marketing campaigns and managing our company's branding across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creative vision for TCG’s marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive branding. - Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, email, and social media. - Design marketing materials such as flyers, proposals, and promotional items. - Manage social media content creation and website updates. - Take ownership of trade show planning, ensuring professional execution. Qualifications: - 5+ years of marketing experience (commercial real estate industry experience is a plus). - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects. - Experience in email marketing (Mailchimp) and project management software (Monday.com) is preferred.
