Regular exercise is effective in maintaining and improving heart health. #Yoga has been shown to have beneficial effects on patients with heart disease, including improved lung capacity, reduced blood pressure, and improved ejection fraction, as evidenced by several randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and review articles. It is also known to reduce stress and improve quality of life (QOL). Yoga is a form of exercise that can be adjusted in intensity and program according to individual physical abilities. For example, Shavasana (Corpse Pose) and Balasana (Child's Pose) are beneficial for relaxation and stress reduction. Various programs are being held around the world to celebrate 10th International Yoga Day, with the theme "Yoga for Self and Society." According to the UN website, this day was established to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga. If you haven't found an exercise that suits you yet, why not try it?
