More and more candidates are asking about flexibility but companies are still a bit behind the times when it comes to offering this. Organisations that can offer this will have a wider talent pool to choose from.
I think it depends on industries. For example if a factory runs 7 days a week then it can’t really not have employees on any day but in other industries where it’s more flexible and service is not set days it’s easier
