Customer spotlight: Tony Kam and Shelden Shi are building Lilac Labs (YC S24). They automate the person taking orders at drive-thrus with a voice AI. Order accuracy is extremely important?for them and their customers. Getting an order wrong (i.e., missing allergies) means significant financial loss. Before working with us, they were forced to spend hours daily calling their system by hand. Every change to their prompts or function definitions would require the team to retest their system to ensure it worked and didn't break anything. Now they press a button, have Hamming simulate 1000s of customer calls (dietary restrictions, allergies, large group orders, etc.), and find gaps in their system in minutes.
