Meet Ryan Cox, a resident of Gwinnett County and the visionary founder of Gwinnett Chat Outreach. Ryan is on a mission to bridge the gap of social injustice and create a brighter future for his community. Ryan partners with Community leaders businesses. And the community itself to develop and conduct public service programs. Together, they strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. One of their flagship programs is Bridging the Gap. This initiative focuses on taking teens from underserved communities on transformative tours and exhibitions throughout Gwinnett County. These tours are centered around educational themes like vocation, entrepreneurism, food, culture, art. Depression, recreation and play. They provide a unique opportunity for teens to discover the hidden gems of their county. Bridging the Gap customizes experiences between the teams and Gwinnett businesses, helping them learn and grow as individuals. Every month during the school year, a group of teens embarks on a countrywide tour of participating businesses, challenging preconceived notions and uncovering new possibilities for their future by exposing.
