I will be unpacking high school teacher well-being in Namibia Is there a link between well-being, teacher performance and turnover intention (teachers wanting to leave the profession)? I strongly believe that if the teacher feels and functions well, their performance will improve and they will stay. I will be sharing snippets from this conference And as always, it doesn't end there- otherwise the story is very incomplete: My students and I will be sharing the findings and interventions that could come from this with the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture. And it does NOT also end there: Post this, we will avail our time, knowledge and skills to help the schools take the findings to practice (what can they do at individual and school level). This helps students add value to the communities they come from.
