One of the most common questions I get about onsite promotions is: “How can we fit a live monogramming setup into our limited stand space?” It’s a valid concern — stand space is often tight, and you don’t want a cluttered, overwhelming setup. The great thing is, live monogramming doesn’t need much space at all. All we need is a regular chair, a normal-sized desk or table about 1.5 metres wide, and access to power. That’s it. No need for a huge setup or complicated arrangements. So, if you’re thinking about adding live monogramming to your next event but are worried about space, don’t stress. Even in a small stand, live monogramming can make a big impact. Moving on to setting up your outdoor event with accessibility in mind: ??have an accessible seating area with wide aisles, movable chairs and extra space for mobility devices ??have an accessible port a potty and cordon it off so it doesn't get blocked by the crowd ??work with your interpreters to set them up in a high visibility area ??ensure your signage is large, glare free, and uses easy to read (sans serif) fonts ??if your event has booths/tables or multiple attractions, ensure pathways are wide and free of clutter

It’s not obvious, but we’ve made over 150 changes to our booths since the 1st version. Okay, maybe it’s obvious if we’re talking about the very first version we made with Robin ?? Here’s what’s changed since our very first booth in June 2019 : - Upgraded the acoustic wall material to Métisse (made up of recycled fabric) - Adjusted the light placement for better video quality on calls (the light above the head wasn't very flattering ??) - Enhanced insulation with a thicker, more tightly sealed door - Doubled the ventilation capacity - Made the ventilation silent - Wide-angle screens and cameras can be added - Added a presence sensor to manage the lighting - Made in France since 2020 (Portugal when we started) - 3 new products : Island Desk, Island Duo, Island Quattro - 3 new seats: bench, high stool, low stool (no more folding-seats) What should we improve or add next ?
