This week, WeForming teamed up with META BUILD Horizon Europe Project during their online General Assembly for a joint workshop on innovative energy management in the building sector. The session kicked off with project introductions from coordinators Konstantinos Kotsalos (#WeForming) and Alexios Lekidis (#METABUILD), setting the stage for an insightful exchange of knowledge and best practices divided into two parts: 1?? ?????????????????????? ???????????????????? led by ? WeForming Ioanna Mpala highlighted the importance of co-creation and how involving users in tool development ensures solutions aligned with real needs and preferences, sharing examples from WeForming’s ongoing/planned efforts to boost acceptance of #SmartGrid technologies. 2?? ???????????????? ???????????????? led by ?? META BUILD Vangelis Marinakis, Elissaios Sarmas, Nikos Dimitropoulos, Himanshu Nagpal, PhD, and Noelia Vicente Gómez presented META BUILD’s concept, showcasing the way it builds on previous research to leverage building data and advanced technologies for improved #EnergyEfficiency, #Decarbonisation, and #SmartEnergy management. ??
