Being part of the Greystar Property Management platform is more than a normal property management role. We don't just build buildings independently, we build buildings with part of communities and we pour into those communities. But the one thing that I think really sets support for our competitors is our people. Race Stars property management teams, as part of our vertically integrated platform, are responsible top to bottom for everything that goes on in the property so that we can deliver what we need to deliver for our investors across Europe. Greystar has property management operations in seven different markets. That's in the UK. Islands, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France and Spain. And within each of those markets we have different product types. We've got that flexible living, which is hotel as well as mid stay and long stay. We've got traditional residential housing and then we've also got student housing. And we're thinking about our residents at the center of everything we do as we understand what they're looking for when they're coming in. We take that and we progress that to the next buildings that we deliver. Cultural crystals, incredible. It flows. From the CEO the whole way down through the business, I want somebody to be able to walk into a property in Valencia, Paris, Glasgow, Amsterdam and see the same set of behaviours and feel the same consistency of service. So anybody who joins Greystar is going to get the opportunity to grow with Greystar. For Greystar, the multifamily platform delivers an excellent product and we've been able to produce that excellent product by looking at our experience across the globe and then taking our local knowledge within a given market and understanding what is that market looking for. We then utilized that to create amazing amenities, different price options for people, different locations, different types of product, different interiors, but ultimately. Really thinking about who is our customer. Many of the assets in which we've developed in Europe creates a new place, a new place for the community to experience, to enjoy, to be a part of. An example of that is what we've done at Greenford, where we've been able to go in and really develop a whole new community. We provided services in Greenford for the people in that community, such as art exhibitions, music exhibitions, opened up the park, opened up the canal, opened up that space. That was not really available to the residents locally before. This is a great time to join Gray Stars property management teams. I have been able to take control of my own career path. I transitioned from a customer service associate to a community manager across student portfolios. Now I'm able to apply my extensive knowledge of building operations as well as my systems knowledge to thrive within the sales team. A day in the life of Facilities Manager will be compassing a number of things, one of which we're making sure that our residents are looked after and the buildings are kept safe, as well as supporting the teams with technical questions and overseeing projects that involve improving our buildings. They will be responsible for taking a lead on all of the reactive maintenance tickets. They will also be responsible for taking a lead on the plan preventative maintenance to make sure that our buildings are kept in line with legal compliance. As a business, we're very focused on supporting talent and driving them forward to be the best they can be. A great start I think is a really exciting. I look after operational excellence, how we improve our processes, but also how we look at how we're operating across the entirety of Europe.
