I love this matrix from FW (Future Women). Many of us (myself included, when I'm in my own head) hold ourselves to a different standard than we would other colleagues, expecting perfect outcomes every time. When I make an error, the question I try to ask myself is "will this matter in 20 years' time?". Nine times out of ten it won't. No wonder the new president wants to dissolve the current education department. He should dissolve the current teacher's union as well. They are not focusing on children's learning for math, reading, writing, science, music, art, and?history but teaching them biased politics, CRT, and LGBTQ agenda. While teachers let students discuss their gender pronunciation and gay sex, some 3rd world countries teach their students not only their own language, English, and another 2nd language, advanced math, science, history, etc. If you don't believe me, check where our American students, on average, stand on international academic rankings for each subject. In some inner cities, 70% of high school grads don't read and write well in?6th-grade English level. They cannot do the 5th or 6th grade math. If we don't change the system, it will hurt our new generation and the country's competitiveness and productivity.
