THE HOMELESS ARE OUT THERE... ARE YOU.? HOMELESS..... A OPPORTUNITY MISUNDERSTOOD. The modern economic system is a market economy, which is a capitalist economy where people, not the government--NOT THE GOVERNMENT--own most businesses.
