Thanks to him, what started as a revolutionary way to facilitate literacy and opportunity has evolved into a game-changer for accessibility. Braille literally helps us see things from different perspectives. As we celebrate today, let's commit to making our workplaces more inclusive for everyone. From accessible communication to supportive technologies, small steps can make a big impact. So, let's raise a metaphorical toast (and maybe a real one too—coffee, anyone? ?) to the power of Braille. Because when it comes to inclusivity, we're all in. After all, what’s a better way to kick off the year than by ensuring no one’s left out in the dark? Here's to a world where everyone reads between the lines—literally and figuratively. ???

Today is A level exam result day in the UK. This will bring stress and anxiety to a lot of young adults. Catastrophising that their future is doomed, comparing themselves to peers and fear of bringing shame on families. Some of these people will have support networks around them, some won't. As business leaders we need to make this very clear, their future is not doomed, no matter what the result. We can reach out and help young people by providing a listening ear, guidance and finding that diamond within everyone worth polishing and shining. Suicide has affected and impacted my life. I have lost close family and friends to feeling like there's no way out. There is always a way out. Today, tensions and stress will be heightened. Be aware, be kind and be supportive of the people who are around you. Exam results do not define us. We are more than numbers and letters on a piece of paper.

One of earliest lessons we learned in developing the ONEderful platform is that the tool is only powerful if we first supply patients with the same level of care and attention they receive from their providers. We couldn't ask for a more passionate, charismatic, and thoughtful leader to helm the team that is wholly responsible for supporting patients as they navigate and select financing offers for their treatment on ONEderful. Good things come in threes, right? Today, I’m celebrating my three-year anniversary at Lyre’s, and it has me reflecting not only on this milestone but on the significance of the number three. In storytelling, the Rule of Threes teaches us that things grouped in threes are more satisfying and memorable. In cocktails, sometimes all you need are three simple ingredients to create a perfectly balanced drink—it’s not about complexity, but knowing how to make something simple better. And in careers? I’ve learned that three years can bring exponential growth, countless lessons, and meaningful connections. Here are three (of many!) lessons that have shaped my journey at Lyre’s: 1?? Disruption is powerful, but purpose is essential. It’s not just about challenging industry norms; it’s about creating meaningful connections with consumers and delivering value that resonates deeply. 2?? Your team is everything. The people around you define the experience. I’ve been lucky to work with an incredible team that shares a passion for innovation and redefining how the world drinks. 3?? Change is constant. From launching products to navigating the growth of the non-alcoholic movement, adaptability has been my greatest asset. As I celebrate this milestone, I’m also looking ahead—to new challenges, deeper connections, and more reasons to keep innovating. To my team, thank you for making these three years unforgettable.
