Recently, we had the opportunity to visit the 'To You' depot for a tour of their facilities. This enlightening experience reinforced the importance of continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations. Our hosts, CPM, are committed to Kaizen philosophies, holding quarterly meetings with representatives from CPM UK, Granby, To You, and HH Global to review successes, identify challenges, and collaborate on solutions. Our Client Services Manager, Kayleigh Scott, found the session particularly relevant. "CPM introduced us to Kaizen, which was new to me, although we have previously held similar meetings focused on improvement and lessons learned," Kayleigh said. Kaizen emphasises making small, positive changes over time for long-term success. At Granby, we already apply many Kaizen principles across various areas, including operational efficiency, customer service, supply chain management, and quality control. This aligns with our values of being solution-focused, collaborative, and supportive.
