This increase in global participation, with more than 20,000 additional attendees compared to last year, demonstrates a growing interest and commitment to energy transformation. The presence of prominent figures, such as His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, and the discussions around artificial intelligence and emerging markets, underline the crucial role of innovation in advancing sustainable socioeconomic progress. The new conferences focused on technology, finance, youth, and the Global South brought fresh and necessary perspectives to foster cross-sector collaboration. Held under the theme of ‘Connecting Minds. Transforming Energy’, we marked 40 years of energy leadership this year, and gathered a record-breaking 205,139 participants from 172 countries. The numbers indicate a stronger and more diverse increase in global participation, up by more than 20,000 attendees compared to last year. Last day of ADIPEC 2024. Same energy and more memories to look back. We do not say Good Bye but we say See You Soon in ADIPEC 2025. Years to come full of success for our dearest ADIPEC the world biggest event for professionals. We have learned a lot and shared our views. We have met many professionals we have learned from. The best thing in this version of ADIPEC is the harmony and integration between different disciplines. The AI and robotics/drones technologies become a crucial part of our lovely oil and gas industry. Now the impossible become possible with the huge progress in technologies related to energy while protecting our planet Earth. It become obvious that governments are committed to climate change and renewable energy while balancing the production of our black gold (crude oil). More and more to come in the next version of ADIPEC. Until 2025 I urge all technological bodies to explore the electrification of our upstream/downstream sides of our business as I think this type of technology will assist our efforts to minimize impact on our environment while maintaining our goals of production and cost optimization. This is my personal views and I am sure other professionals will add more to it. The list can go on endlessly because I personally believe technology will last forever as long as humankind exists. #ADIPEC2024 : "Once upon a time, ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference was kind of an oil and gas show ... now it's a massive #energy #technology platform ... and it's technology that is going to be the key enabler for future generations... This year, more & more #AI technology coming in, those start-ups, those companies applying AI... We have about two and a half thousand exhibiting companies, probably around 200,000 people attending, in #AbuDhabi at the beginning of November."
