One year ago, I stepped into the role of VP of Innovation, and since then, we've been moving full speed ahead. In just two weeks, GP Generate, LLC formed its first AI Committee, gathering brilliant minds from every corner of the agency. By the end of the first month, we had introduced our agency's first AI Policy, setting an innovative and ethical standard for everyone at GP. In the first two months, we developed our first AI tool to assist with community management in a brand's unique tone of voice – and then went on to build four more. Over the next six months, we created an automated workflow that became part of our everyday operations, streamlining media planning. Excited to see what the next year (and beyond) have in store!
