I was at an event last month and more than one of the panel speakers mentioned that learning how to be you was critical to their leadership and navigating teams through change… One speaker spoke of how realising that there is only the need for one version of her - that she didn’t have to be one person at work and another at home - helped her in her career. ???? It alleviates the stress and pressure on you, your relationships are better and healthier, and you are happier. In essence, learning how to be authentically you in all areas of your life strengthens your leadership.
