?? CONSTANT AND CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENTS ?? Last week I sat down with William Grierson and re-evaluated my entire recruitment process from start to finish. ?? After finding areas to improve - we designed, created and perfected a brand new process that allows me to be more efficient and also increase my output. ?? I've been putting this process into practice for the past few days - and the results are clear! My output has been higher, ergo, my final product has increased too! ?? Although I wasn't necessarily doing anything wrong with my old process, I could've definitely improved, and William Grierson helped me to do this! ?? #BusinessCentral #SelfReflection #Targets
