Just had an insightful visit to Wyze headquarters in Kirkland, WA! Special thanks to Karen Neth (She/Hers), Yuepeng Li, and Jack Chung for arranging such an informative company visit. Some key takeaways: - Talents are important in terms of managing supply chain operations, inventory planning, and project initiatives. - Learned about WYZE's strategy for product flow: maintaining affordable products for customers could be challenging in important supply chain decisions. - Discussed the strategies WYZE employs to handle intricate global supply chains, balancing various logistics alternatives. - Emphasized different managerial mindsets between New Product Introduction, Mass Production, and End of Life phases.
