Have deep insight and understanding of the online novel market - Responsible, hardworking, careful, driven, and a team player. Fast learner with strong adaptability - Good at communicating and identifying the writer's main needs. Candidates with online novel author resources are preferred. - Preferably those who have work experience on online novel platforms or experience making novel outlines - Able to work from office Job description: - Reviewing manuscripts with fixed target monthly to find sign-worthy works. - Researching market trends and analyzing main competitors' development. - Creating story outlines based on online novel market trends. - Finding and guiding writers to create books that are in line with online novel market trends. - Establishing cooperation and maintaining good relations with authors.
