Celebrating my 35th birthday today! Here’s to another year filled with lessons, smiles, and so much more. Cheers! ?? 6/6/89 Reflecting on some key lessons I’ve learned over the years: 1. Compound Growth: Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Small, consistent efforts lead to significant improvements over time. 2. Relationships: True connections are built on how we show up for each other. It’s the quality of our presence that matters most. 3. Embracing Discomfort: Growth often happens outside our comfort zones. It’s okay not to have all the answers. 4. Faith: Trust that there’s a greater plan at work. God didn’t bring us this far just to leave us here. 5. Gratitude: Be thankful for the past, but even more grateful for the present moment. TMC?? I’ve never been more consistent with content creation than when I’ve been working with Exec Coach, James Seilo. You have to understand your personality and what turns that switch on or off. Sometimes generic coaching methods can be perfect for one person and terrible for another. You’ll tell by how you feel, the consistency and the results. It’s something that general therapy or coaching doesn’t always account for. An anology from my personal training days would look like this. A client would rave about a chiropractor that they’ve been seeing for 10 years. Yet, they’re still injured and in pain. Explore options that are bespoke to you.

So, don’t shy away from challenges. Instead, embrace them as opportunities to reveal the inner strength you didn’t know you had.
