As always Anna Bjurstam's session did not disappoint, Anna challenged us to think about how we can infuse more pleasure into every customer interaction to create a lasting impact. David Harry Stewart's research on the science of optimism left us feeling energized and hopeful. As a team of optimists we were excited to see the power of positivity to transform lives and create a ripple effect of well-being.
