How’s this for an innovative approach to building new homes? In Kent, they’ve added modular homes to the roof of an existing apartment block - creating new living spaces without the need for more physical footprint (at least at ground level). https://lnkd.in/gSPCDXWq This is a great example of thinking a little bit differently and using new advances in construction to solve an age-old problem. It is the type of solution that councils and local government organisations across the country should be looking at to alleviate the homelessness problems that seem to be in the news every day. I’d love to see more of this kind of construction, particularly here in the North West. What are your thoughts?
