My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude today. After sharing my vulnerable moment with you all yesterday, I've been touched beyond words by your outpouring of support, messages, and shared stories. Each of your responses has been like a light in the darkness, reminding me why this fight for change in Australian construction matters so deeply. Your messages - from seasoned construction veterans to young apprentices just starting their journey - have filled my cup with renewed courage and determination. And to every person who simply said "keep going" - you've no idea how powerful those two words can be on the hardest days. The truth is, advocating for culture change in construction isn't just about policies or programs anymore. Through your responses, you've reminded me that it's about every individual who deserves to feel safe, valued, and respected at work. Yes, some days will still be challenging. The opposition won't disappear overnight. But your solidarity has shown me that I'm not alone in this fight - we're a growing community of people who believe in a better future for Australian construction. I am not giving up anytime soon, I'll continue this work. Not because I'm the strongest or the bravest, but because your support has turned my moment of vulnerability into a fountain of strength.
