Sampling International LLC Group, also known as SI Corporate, of which Dominion Sample and SI Tactic are a part of, has failed to provide severance pay to 207 employees in the Mexico Facility, which is a CRIME. All of this was orchestrated by Andrew Nazari (COO and President of the entire SI Group including Dominion Sample and SI Tactic, https://lnkd.in/e5bKdarr) and Dean Treister (Owner of SI Group, https://lnkd.in/e99qPt4b) Management made the decision to disappear on May 20th and no longer communicate with their employees, leaving unpaid wages, leaving pregnant women and senior citizens without health insurance. They also stole from their employees 2 months of mortgage payments; management took the payments from the employee’s paychecks but failed to transfer the amount to the mortgage creditors. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning. The 207 employees were told by the company lawyers to cover our unpaid wages and severance with whatever was left behind at the facility, most of which is fabric/shingles/material provided and paid for by the company's clients, such as Springs Window Fashions, Draper Window Shades, Sunbrella, Glen Raven. Again, this is material paid for by CLIENTS, which now the employees will have to sell in order to recover part of the unpaid wages and severance, most of this material will have to be sold at a fraction of the cost. Employees are the backbone of any company, and they deserve to be treated with fairness and respect, especially during times of transition. Severance pay is not just a legal obligation, but a moral one, ensuring that individuals are supported as they navigate through sudden job loss. We have been forced to hire legal counsel, in hopes of finding a solution in such distressing times, however the SI Corporate group has refused to fulfill its responsibilities to its former employees. It's crucial for the company to uphold its values and commitments to its workforce, demonstrating integrity and compassion in all its actions. #FairTreatment #EmployeeRights #StandTogether

As usual, Ray Stasieczko nails it! An industry can only breath its own air for so long before things start to die. The customer communications industy is changing fast, and the U.S. is behind much of the rest of world when it comes to digital transformation and dematerizational of communications.
