What's more, we involved our people in the process and created focus groups that came up with fantastic recommendations to address key areas for improvement. Management is now carefully reviewing and prioritizing them to decide how best to implement them. More details in the attached article ?? We’re on a mission to build a culture where employee feedback is at the heart of everything we do, though it’s not an easy task as many people struggle to give honest feedback not to hurt the other person. ?? When we offer Consultancy services we often talk about how to find clients. Where do we find them? How do we find them? What do we do when we find them? But this is really looking at things from the wrong perspective. Most of the time we don’t find clients at all We set things up so that they can find us Let me use an example from a different sector to illustrate how this works If you have a Restaurant then you do not go out trying to find customers You are not roaming the streets looking for people who want to eat If you did I don’t think you would get too many takers Instead you would do several things to maximise the likelihood of customers finding you ??You choose a good location where lots of people are passing ??You make the outside of your restaurant and what can be seen through the windows as attractive to potential customers as you can ??You put a menu up outside to make it clear what is on offer and what it costs ??You make sure they get a warm (but not over the top) welcome when they step inside and that the promises that were made to them outside are delivered to them inside It’s the same concept for finding buyers for our Consultancy services ?? It’s an online service so we need to generate passing traffic ??You make sure your marketing messages are clear and attractive ??You make it clear what you are offering and what problems you can help with ??You provide an easy pathway to further information and a sales process to people who are interested #hr #hrconsultant #corporatetoconsultant
