How do you think about impact and purpose? Yeah, I mean, I, I, I see impact is something that you, you have to do on the, on, on a daily basis and purpose is the thing that drives you towards like impact. I think impact needs to be sliced up in between, you know, between a lot of different things. So you have your, your personal impact, you know, how do you want to impact your personal life by the sacrifices that you actually make on a daily basis. And then you have your external impact, whether it's your friends or your family or the community that you want to support and how you want to impact and really make that change, right. And then it filled that all of that drives back down to what is your guiding light? You know, what is your what is your purpose in the sense of trying to make an impact because you make an impact negatively, right? I mean, folks that you know, want to cause harm, the other folks, they want to make an impact, right. Their purpose is to is to is to make make that impact. So the finding what you're, you know, true North Star is what's your true purpose in in a thing that you dedicate your life to is the first thing you know here at glide. No, sorry, I guess you know, before you go. Just myself, you know, my, my purpose was to make sure that my community had what I need in order to thrive and, and, and and be better for itself. And when I talk about community, I talk about all of us, you know, you know, after, you know, being in Iraq and seeing what people purposely can do to each other, you know, on the battlefield and then outside the battlefield, you know, really, you know, turns your mind to things. You know, it turns your minds to, you know, if we can cause each other so much damage, why can't we call so much healing? So we each other. So that that's been my life's work. My life's purpose is to incrementally solve problems that that are within my my hands are without my hands. Thelma brave man. So I'm gonna go out and try to put my hands in whatever I can and. The, the, the byproduct of that is the impact, right? Is is is is how do you really make a change in another person's life that propels them forward to do better for themselves and others? That's what I feel is is, is true and that, yeah. And I'm glad you took it back. Right, not to just steer you that direction. I don't think I did, but the, uh, no worries that, that that's, that goes also with the something that I've, I don't know, I'm still developing my, my thoughts and making. But like, I think it has to start with, if you don't have a good understanding of what that guiding light is for you as a person, not not me as much of my title is not me as a professional or if not my company, but like it has to start with what are, what are the things and you hear values or. Is thrown out. Maybe that's the right word, maybe not. It gets cliche, but I think Guiding Light or North Star is interesting. Like what? What does good look like for me as a human in my life? And then from there you can begin to have more interesting discussions and make decisions that are more that are aligned with.
