If it focuses on serving as many customers as possible (high throughput), some customers might wait longer (higher latency). ? Thanks to RobSmith for the Google review. Customer feedback is always appreciated by us. "We have a 25+ year old house, and when Brian quoted to blow in additional cellulose insulation, he not only identified issues he found in the attic (bit of mold from a poorly connected bathroom fan, and insulation pushed up around the perimeter of the attic - but showed photos of the issues. Everything that was identified as an issue was fixed prior to the additional insulation being added. Very pleased with the process from Quote to completion." #PackagingSolution| Household Production Line Planning In recent years, shrink film has been widely used to protect products, ensuring their quality during transportation, storage, and display. ? Previously, hardware items were often sold without any shrink wrap. In such cases, boxes could be easily opened, corners could be bent, and the surfaces of the cardboard boxes were prone to scratches. This not only degraded the product's appearance and quality but also raised safety concerns, reducing consumers' desire to purchase. ? Therefore, we recommend using POF shrink film for packaging. This can effectively reduce the risk of damage caused by external factors. Additionally, besides protecting the product, it also enhances the overall appearance and shelf appeal. ?? ?? My $3,000 "smart" refrigerator just taught me a crucial lesson about software engineering that could 10x your career trajectory... I bought a brand new refrigerator recently. Now love my new refrigerator. It's fantastic. One of the greatest features is that it has a picture for water. Inside the door, which automatically refills itself. I drink a lot of water. And not having to sit in front of the refrigerator while my cup fills up actually saves me a significant amount of time per day. And a lot of frustration. But within 2 months, my new refrigerator was broken. Now fortunately for me, that repair was under warranty. But it took 4 days to get a technician out to fix the problem, during which time the refrigerator was completely offline. So what was wrong with my refrigerator? The compressor was working just fine. In fact, all of the mechanical components of the refrigerator were working fine. What broke was the software. The computer that controls the refrigerator just crapped out. Now refrigerators are pretty simple. Why do we need a computer? To control the whole thing. Well, mostly, it's for a bunch of features that I don't care about. It's connected to Wi Fi so it can send me alerts when the door has been left open too long. It's got ultra fancy features that allow allow me to control it from an app. But I don't use these things. I'm sure they help sell refrigerators. They don't help people use refrigerators. And that's the crux of the problem. Samsung gave me a refrigerator that I absolutely love. But it's breaking due to things I don't care about. The best engineers I've worked with obsess over simplicity. They ruthlessly eliminate complexity. They say "no" to feature bloat. Why? Because they understand a fundamental truth: ???????????????????? ??????'?? ?????????? ???????? ?????? ??????. ????'?? ?????????? ???????? ?????? ????????????. Want to become an indispensable engineer? - Build what users need, not what sales wants - Treat complexity as a cost, not a feature - Optimize for maintainability over marketability Remember: A simple solution that works is infinitely better than a complex solution that might break. Stay excellent out there. #SoftwareEngineering #TechCareers #Engineering #CodeQuality #TechLeadership #Coding #SoftwareDevelopment #EngineeringExcellence
