I am beyond honored, and immensely grateful to have been invited to participate in the Girls Who Listen Inc. Fall 2024 mentorship program. This opportunity was nothing short of a dream, as it represents not only a belief in my potential but also a commitment to fostering the next generation of female leaders in the music industry. This journey has been as much about?self-discovery as it has been about skill-building. The mentorship, guidance, and encouragement I’ve received have been invaluable, and I’m leaving this experience not only more prepared for the challenges ahead but also more confident in my future. A huge thank you to Kadijat Salawudeen for recognizing something in me and accepting me into this incredible program. To the incredible panelists/mentors and my fellow participants, thank you for inspiring me, challenging me, and reminding me of the power of collaboration and community. This is not just the end of a program, it is the beginning of something extraordinary. I look forward to carrying the lessons I’ve learned and the connections I made into the future. Here’s to honoring this opportunity by continuing to work hard, staying true to my purpose, and making a meaningful impact in the music industry.
