MeDeMAP Project Led by ten European institutions, MeDeMAP is a research project that aims to strengthen democracy by improving the responsability, transparency and effectiveness of media production. Therefore, the project focuses on understanding how different types of media contribute to democratic functions of various audiences and their political participation and the implications this has for democracy in general. The MeDeMAP project examines: - representative and participatory democracy; - media analysis; - legal frameworks; - political participation; - public use of media by European citizens. ?? I can see so many inspiring stories in #IBEC laboratories, they are about people moving the frontier of knowledge forward, about care for each other, about support in case of failure, and sharing joy for the achievements of colleagues, about reasonable consumption, about how to come to an agreement about the allocation of time and resources (politicians have a lot to learn about negotiations). And about scientific discoveries, of course, which sometimes turn out to be great detective stories. I wish a professional having a storytelling skill could highlight and discover them for the world.
