April marks Safe Digging Month. Many of you will be working in your yards as the weather is cooperative and the nurseries are ready for you to plant their flowers. Please reach out to NC811 three days prior for your underground utilities to be located prior to that first shovel dig. It's the right thing to do! Recent survey indicates that 56% of homeowners intend to dig without first contacting 811, risking interruptions to vital utility services. ? North Carolina 811 urges everyone to reach out to 811 prior to starting any digging projects, such as gardening, fence construction, or mailbox installation, to avoid harming crucial underground utilities and to ensure community safety.

Edging creates a clean separation between different areas of your garden, lawn, flowerbeds, paths and driveways. It’s a low maintenance and long-lasting solution designed to stop the movement of gravel and wood chips by edging the lawn with a clearly defined border. A great feature of using solid steel garden edging is that isn’t affected by the elements, so it doesn’t become brittle with cold weather or rot. The edging can be bent to any shape you require and there are no unsightly bolt heads or lap joints visible on the open face of the edging. One of our latest installations creating a neat path in the grounds. #edging #metaledging #gardenpath #path #legacyedging #thetraditionalco

A path to circulate a backyard garden. It was a challenging project because the existing condition was terrible. There was no topsoil—lots of mulch on muddy soils at planting beds. Many people do not care about soil conditions in the backyard when they buy a new house. Neither do sellers. #landscapearchitecture #landscapedesign #gardendesign

We LOVE when our residents want to take part in sprucing up the outside of their home! Beautifying your home increases property value and provides a sense of peace and tranquility throughout the neighborhood. But pause before planting that flower (or bush, or vegetable...) - Do you rules and regulations permit this planning? - Do you need an architectural request? - How does this planting affect what services the landscaper may offer? Ask these questions prior to planting. #penco #pencomanagment #CommunityAssociationManagement #communitymanagement #communityassociation #association #associations #flowers #flower #NationalPlantAFlowerDay #plants #plantingseeds #landscaping #landscapingideas #landscapingdesign #landscapingservices #community #communityfirst #hoamanage #hoa #HOAManagement #condominium #condominiums #CondoLifestyle #condolife #CondoLiving #TenantLife #tenants #landlord #landlordtips #LandlordLife

Friendly reminder - A well-manicured lawn is a sign of a well-cared-for home! Boosting your curb appeal starts right at your front yard. By regularly mowing the grass, pulling out those pesky weeds, and tending to any bald spots using grass seed or sod, you'll create an inviting atmosphere that captures the attention of potential buyers. Don't let overgrown grass or unattended landscaping become a dealbreaker. A little effort goes a long way toward making a positive first impression! #PrinceGeorgesCountyRealEstate #WashingtonRealEstate #DMVRealEstate #GorgeousPrinceGeorges #EstateAgentsOfInstagram #RealEstateTips
