Title: "G2PDeep-v2: a web-based deep-learning framework for phenotype prediction and biomarker discovery using multi-omics data."
In this talk, I will be presenting our cutting-edge research and recent contributions in the field of bioinformatics. We've developed a web portal G2PDeep, that uses deep learning techniques to accurately predict phenotypic outcomes from multi-omics data. This tool has the potential to significantly enhance our understanding of human and plant phenotypes and associated biomarkers for hypothesis generation in disease and survivability prediction.
