Ehhhhh, these things generate enough ambient heat in warmer environments that people are having to remodel their garage to accommodate their car. People are quicker to sell their car than to remodel their home to accommodate "potentially saving money in 10 years." If anything, these things should have always been included with the vehicle to comp for the lost trade-in value.
