Spatial biology companies Vizgen and Ultivue are merging amid Vizgen's ongoing lawsuits with 10x Genomics. Ultivue CEO Rob Carson will lead the combined company, which will go by the name Vizgen. It will continue offering both spatial proteomics (Ultivue) and spatial transcriptomics (Vizgen) tools. Former Vizgen CEO Terry Lo will remain on the board.
