Building upon the network analysis conducted by Global Epicenter of Mobility (GEM) and Orange Sparkle Ball last year, we are excited to announce that we are launching our second round of ecosystem measurement! Last year’s network analysis laid an essential foundation for understanding how GEM organizations are collaborating with each other and with the greater mobility ecosystem in the Detroit Region. Not only did we identify several non-GEM organizations who are largely influential in the mobility ecosystem, but we also identified several gaps in the network to address through facilitated pilot projects, including a collaboration between Detroit Future City and the Urban Manufacturing Alliance which resulted in a toolkit of best practices that can be used by workforce organizations to implement actionable approaches.
