#TeamGEI is excited to announce Rafiq Qutub as the new Civil Practice Lead for Canada. Rafiq joined GEI in 2017 and has led project teams in the successful delivery of capital projects from the planning stages through design, permitting, tender, contract administration, inspections, commissioning, and closeout. He has been instrumental in growing our civil practice in Canada. In his role of Practice Leader, Rafiq will be responsible for developing the civil practice, supporting staff development, and collaborating with other practice leads to provide added value to clients.
