Rehabilitation services must be ordered by the provider and performed by qualified personnel and can include:? ? Physical Therapy? ? Speech-Language Pathology? ? Occupational Therapy? ? Respiratory Therapy? ? Rehabilitative Services for mental illness and intellectual disability? ? The care plan and provider orders should identify any required assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and splints.? The percentage of rehabilitation therapists that document outside of business hours is: 85%, according to the 2024 WebPT State of Rehab Survey. Take a closer look at this data and there are large differences between disciplines. Physical Therapists top the list with 33% saying they're documenting outside of business hours often, compared to 23% of Occupational Therapists and 12% of Speech-Language Pathologists.
