So many risks with churn and customer dissatisfaction can be mitigated by simply being honest during the sales process. It's amazing how many opportunities we get at 3PL Systems, Inc. because another TMS provider promised a broker the world and they couldn't deliver. I can promise you this - if you speak with me or anyone else on our sales team, we will be 100% transparent about what our TMS can, or cannot, do. And if we say we'll do something for you to secure the business, we'll put it in writing and deliver it. Nobody would disagree with this approach conceptually, but very few will live it. Happy selling! ?
