It was amazing to finally meet so many friends in person—people I’ve been connecting with online since joining EntreArchitect? in 2020, a global community of small firm entrepreneur architects. There's something powerful about connecting with fellow architects who share the same passion, face similar challenges, and dream big dreams for their practices. The support and wisdom within this community are invaluable – especially since architecture school prepared us to design buildings but not to run businesses. The speakers at this year's annual meeting covered every aspect of running a small architecture business—from branding, marketing, and storytelling to profit and sales, from building science to custom AI tools, from finding and collaborating with the right partners and team to becoming a healthy architect who builds a thriving business and designs healthy buildings.
