What an amazing evening and a show with strong messages presented by Coldplay: keep the focus on community and sustainability, and believe in love. These messages give us something to think about and are useful for all of us. Throughout the night, I noticed that the entire Coldplay team truly enjoyed their work. It seemed like they were having fun while working. The team played and cooperated, with each member knowing their roles and responsibilities. The band thanked the bus drivers in Helsinki, the volunteers, and the entire team in front of the whole audience. They all had one important goal, which everyone internalized. The greatest show in Helsinki. They exceeded the expectations. I am so proud that nowadays artists like Coldplay, Nightwish and U2 highlight such important issues during their shows and tours. But finally, some funny facts about my real-life concert experiences (in each and every cases): ?? On average, 99% of our concert tickets are booked by my husband. ?? 100% of the concerts we are on the floor near to main stage, because we want to feel band’s empowering energy. ?? 95% of all the audiences are taller than me. ?? 10% of the tallest audiences are just in front of me. ??I usually see about 15% of the show directly, and that is why I really love the screens on the side of the stage. ?? Below is a message I received for one of my artist's concerts, showing how promoters and ticketing companies are working to protect fans from scalpers and their bots. People think these bots are only impacting the major superstar act shows the moment they go on sale, but they are involved in every portion of the live event timeline. This show was on sale for several weeks and close to a sellout, so the promoters used their "carting bots" to test how many tickets were left, and if it was at the threshold they believed it was about to sell, they used their bots to buy the remainder of the tickets. These processes are fully automated and happening on every show! "After doing a forensic analysis of the data we found 58 orders totaling 450 tickets with suspicious activity. Please let us know if you’d like us to ask us to cancel those orders. Some helpful anti-scalper measures are to implement a smaller ticket limit per household while also limiting mobile transfer delay to 72 hours before show date.
