You need help with handling your customer service but there isn't enough work to justify hiring a full time staff member? That's where I come in. I take on your first line support and manage your client email requests. I can handle any query that is thrown at me and answer according to your company's guidelines. I help build a Frequently Asked Questions database that the team can refer to. If the query needs more investigation than a simple answer, I can escalate the query to the appropriate person/department and follow the query to resolution.
