One of the things I like the most with my job, is to welcome new employees with a high-quality onboarding program. In Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies we support the onboarding as well as the retention of our world-class-employees with a number of internal- and external courses. Today I had the pleasure welcoming twelve new employees to one of our best reviewed courses - the “Introduction to Biomanufacturing Operations”, which is hosted by the Danish Technical University, DTU. This course is customized to our employees to enhance their knowledge and technical skills, and to increase their job-satisfaction here at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies. The quality of the course is obvious and reflected in the course evaluations. The answer to the question; “Would you recommend this course to your colleague” is always “Yes = 100%”.
