New online-first in the Canadian Journal of Experimental Psychology: 'Modelling the bilingual lexicon as a multiplex phonological network' - Luef, E. M. "The present study investigated the question of how much influence a first language exerts on lexical processing of a second language. Results showed that German words that are phonologically similar to English words delay word recognition in German learners of English. We are pleased to share the interim report for the Hunter Christian School School Based Research Project: How effective is NELI (Nuffield Early Language Intervention)? Over the last 10 years, AISNSW, through the Education Research Council, has extended invitations for School Based Research Projects applications. A range of successful schools have been granted funding and support as a result.
