Last week I spoke about how proud I was to be part of IAPWA and how, without a huge Marketing Budget, we passionately created a campaign, out of kindness and belief in this cause.
What I didn't mention is that I volunteer for IAPWA. Yes I have a 'title' that may suggest otherwise, but the truth is, most of our small team are made up from volunteers, kindly giving up precious hours in their week who have joined our tribe and tirelessly working to provide a brighter future for animals ????
I also mentioned how powerful 'Word Of Mouth' was as a tool to get a positive message out to an audience. Being honest, that backfired on me! Why? Well no-one spread the IAPWA word. ??
In a world where we are overwhelmed with social content, its easy to understand why people scroll on by or algorithm's don't always go in your favour. Let's face it, without money to throw into advertising, it is tough!
But you won't see IAPWA doing TV ads, sending postal updates, giving you a cuddly toy.. Even if we did have the money, we still wouldn't, because that money can go direct to the animals in need and thats exactly what we do. With IAPWA your donation is invested directly into animals in need today and in building a brighter future for animals tomorrow.
