Distribution AI Scorecard results are starting to pour in and I wanted to share a video example of how this works. Here I'm walking through a particular result... this is FASCINATING and I think you're going to get a lot of value from it. You can't fix what you can't measure and understand. Getting the overall picture of where you stand is a GREAT first step on the road of getting your technical road map in order. It took this customer just 1 minute and 47 seconds to finish the scorecard and I think it was very revealing on their strengths and weaknesses. Nothing better than seeing how quickly users can analyze their data with Myko AI. One recent example while we were on a call, a user went through the following analytical sequence, question by question - How much did we invoice last month? What account had the highest invoice last month? Which accounts, had an invoice every month of 2023? Of these accounts, which had a lower average invoice value in Q4 than they did in Q1? For these accounts when is the last time we contacted each of them? End to end, it took about 2 minutes for the user to go from question 1 to actionable insights.

So, LinkedIn’s got this new setting (yep, it’s on by default) that lets them use your personal data to train AI models. ?? Cool for them, but what about us? I’m all about AI when it does what it does best – like making sense of ginormous data pools or slicing those lengthy videos into bite-sized treats. ?? But, using my hard-crafted content to feed the AI beast without asking? Uh-uh, not cool. That’s why I hit the ‘off’ switch on that setting. You might want to check it out too! Preconditions, pro tips, important notes — whatever you call the essential info that your customers need to know. Karen, our Knowledge Base expert, advises to point it out at the beginning of your help center articles to set expectations and get customers started on the right foot. When AI searches your knowledge base for answers to customer questions, it uses article titles, headers, and subheaders as checkpoints to see if the next relevant chunk of information matches the keywords of the query. There’s a better chance AI will relay the essential info when it’s organized into a chunk. How much are companies spending on AI? Our latest analysis is revealing, based on aggregated, anonymous data from thousands of Ramp customers. The big takeaway? AI tools have gone from experimental to operational. ?? AI-related card transaction volume increased by an incredible 293% year over year, compared to an increase of just 6% in overall software transaction volume. ?? OpenAI has the highest customer retention rate and spending growth among leading AI tools: 82% of companies that spent on OpenAI a year ago still spend with them today. Narrow AI tools—ones with a functional purpose—are gaining popularity. Leading tools in this category include Fireflies.ai, ElevenLabs, and Instantly.ai.
